Job Description

We are looking to hire a

Working Student (m/f/d) – Human Resources
for 15–20 hours per week, based in Munich, starting immediately.

We offer you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within a digital strategy consultancy with a start-up mindset, and to support a fast-growing team across all HR-related topics.

Responsibilities

As a Working Student – Human Resources at Nunatak, you will gain insights into the diverse HR activities of our company. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Coordinating the recruitment process (application screening, database maintenance, scheduling interviews) as well as supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees

  • Supporting direct search activities

  • Preparing and following up on events

  • Creating job profiles and posting job advertisements

  • Supporting university marketing initiatives and employer branding activities

  • Assisting with the preparation of semi-annual performance reviews

  • Preparing reference letters and certificates

  • Creating and revising presentations

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

  • Enthusiasm for the full spectrum of HR topics

  • Ongoing and successful studies (at least in your 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources

  • An independent, proactive working style and a high level of reliability

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm. You enjoy exploring new ideas and are willing to try things out
