Job Description
As an HR Generalist & Recruiting Manager (m/f/d), your clear priority will be recruiting and employer branding. You will also contribute to people development, HR operations and people analytics, as well as to the further development of our HR processes.
Responsibilities
Your main focus:
Recruiting & Employer Branding
- Sourcing suitable candidates through direct outreach on LinkedIn
- Candidate management in Personio
- Planning and conducting interviews for a range of positions
- Planning and attending recruiting and university marketing events in Germany and abroad
- Supporting the further development of our employer brand
In addition, you will support:
People Development
- Supporting and coordinating the semi-annual performance review process
- Designing, planning and coordinating training and development initiatives
- Supporting development conversations across our consulting and non-consulting teams
HR Operations
- Onboarding new employees together with our Office Manager
- General HR administration: drafting and amending contracts, issuing certificates and employment references, and managing joiners and leavers
People Analytics & Processes
- Preparing and analyzing HR metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover
- Reviewing existing processes to make internal workflows more efficient
- Drafting and updating policies
- Supporting process digitalization and tool implementations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable HR role in a start-up, a management consultancy or a similarly dynamic environment, ideally with international exposure
- A university degree with excellent results or completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on HR
- Experience in active sourcing, ideally via LinkedIn
- Experience in conducting structured interviews and selecting candidates
- A passion for and interest in AI tools
- Assertiveness, a strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A confident presence and a self-directed, proactive and results-oriented way of working
- Business-fluent German and English
