Aufgaben

Als Consultant bei Nunatak vertrauen wir Dir folgende Aufgaben an:

Konzeption bereichsübergreifender Strategien
Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen, Business-Plänen, Portfolio- und Positionierungsstrategien
Erarbeitung digitaler Marketing-Strategien
Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Best-Practice-Analysen
Bewertungen der ökonomischen Effizienz von Geschäftsmodellen/-strategien sowie potenzieller Investment-Ziele bis hin zur Due Diligence
Projektsteuerung und -koordination interner und externer Teams
Erstellung und Präsentation aussagekräftiger Entscheidungsvorlagen
professionelle Kommunikation – sowohl intern im Team als auch extern mit Entscheidenden bis zur Vorstandsebene

Anforderungen

Das bringst Du mit:

mindestens abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium (bevorzugt: Master) in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Kommunikationswissenschaft mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung o.ä., mit hervorragenden Leistungen
erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strategieberatung, Corporate/Business Development, strategische/digitale Medienberatung o.ä.
die Begeisterung für digitale Trends und Entwicklungen sowie Kenntnis digitaler Geschäftsmodelle
Unternehmertum sowie analytisches und strategisches Denken
ein Selbstverständnis als Berater*in und Dienstleister*in
Durchsetzungsvermögen, Umsetzungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
selbstbewusstes Auftreten, verbunden mit einer eigenverantwortlichen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise
sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
Sprachgewandtheit und Ausdrucksstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich wie mündlich)

Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Nunatak, you’ll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Conceptualization of cross-divisional strategies
Development of business models, business plans, and portfolio and positioning strategies
Development of digital marketing strategies
Conducting analyses of markets, competition and best practices
Evaluations of the economic efficiency of business models/strategies and potential investment targets, all the way to due diligence
Project management and coordination of internal and external teams
Creation and presentation of significant decision papers
Professional communication – both internally, in the team, and externally, with decision-makers up to the executive-management level

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

At least a completed bachelor’s degree (preferably a master’s) in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, communication sciences with business management orientation, or similar concentration, with excellent performance
Initial professional experience – e.g., in strategy consulting, corporate/business development, strategic/digital media consulting or similar
Enthusiasm for digital trends and developments as well as knowledge of digital business models
Entrepreneurship, analytical thinking and strategic thinking
You view yourself as a consultant and service provider
Assertiveness, strength of implementation, and strong communication skills and teamwork skills
Self-confident demeanor, combined with an independent and results-oriented working style
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Business fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken)
