Job Description
As Founder's Associate & Sales Strategist you will closely accompany our founder and owner Robert Jacobi in his daily work at our Munich office, prepare documents, ensure the preparation and follow-up of meetings and sometimes accompany him to customer meetings and events. In addition, you will be closely involved in the Business Development team.
Responsibilities
The internship will focus on the following tasks:
Extensive topic research in the area of digital strategy
Preparation and maintenance of company presentations
Preparation and follow-up of external (and sometimes internal) meetings and conferences:
Preparation of briefings on participants, topics, companies, logistics on site
Maintenance of debrief notes and derived to-dos
Business development support through preparation and follow-up of customer meetings as well as accompaniment in the meetings
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in business administration, economics, communication science or similar (at least in the 3rd semester) with excellent academic achievements
- Initial professional experience in a similar role or in a management consultancy
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- A strong understanding of digital topics
- Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- Very good MS Office skills, main focus on Powerpoint
- Business fluent and articulate in German and English (written and verbal)
- Available for at least six months, ideally twelve months
