Aufgaben

Deine Rolle: Verantwortung für Projekte und Menschen

Als Project Lead bist Du die zentrale Schlüsselfigur für den Projekterfolg und die Entwicklung unserer Teams. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Empfehlungen mutig, praxisnah und relevant sind.

Projektsteuerung: Du leitest eigenverantwortlich komplexe Projekte oder steuerst parallel mehrere Initiativen. Du bist für die Ergebnisse und die Kundenzufriedenheit verantwortlich – von der fundierten Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.
Mentoring & Leadership: Du guidest Consultants und Senior Consultants fachlich und persönlich. Du verstehst Dich als Mentor, der sein Wissen teilt und das Team befähigt, über sich hinauszuwachsen.
AI & Digital-Fokus: Du entwickelst pragmatische AI-Strategien, neue Operating Models und digitale Wachstumspläne. Du hilfst Kunden, Technologie nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern gewinnbringend zu nutzen.
Business Development: Du denkst unternehmerisch, unterstützt die Partner bei der Akquise und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf C-Level-Ebene aus.

Anforderungen

Was Du mitbringst:

Erfahrung: Mindestens 4-6 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in einer Strategieberatung oder mit Fokus auf Strategie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkten in digitaler Transformation, Organisationsentwicklung oder Marketing.
Führungskompetenz: Du hast bereits Teams geleitet und hast Freude daran, junge Talente in einem high-performance Umfeld zu entwickeln.
Analytik & Umsetzung: Du durchdringst komplexe Fragestellungen schnell, besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Affinität zu neuesten Technologien, gepaart mit kreativem Denken.
Technisches Verständnis: Du hast ein fundiertes Wissen über digitale Trends und KI-Anwendungen und weißt, wie man diese in Business-Cases übersetzt.
Thought Leadership: Du liebst es, dein Wissen zu teilen. Als Thought Leader repräsentierst du Nunatak zu einem unserer Kernthemen nach außen und inspirierst Kunden mit frischen Impulsen.
Kommunikation & Stakeholder Management: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsskills (auf Deutsch und Englisch) und die Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen bis auf C-Level aufzubauen, sind bei uns unerlässlich.

Responsibilities

Your Role: Responsibility for Projects and People
As a Project Lead, you are the central key figure for project success and the development of our teams. You ensure that our recommendations are bold, practical, and relevant.

Project Management: You independently lead complex projects or manage multiple initiatives in parallel. You are responsible for results and client satisfaction—from thorough analysis to implementation.
Mentoring & Leadership: You guide Consultants and Senior Consultants both professionally and personally. You see yourself as a mentor who shares knowledge and empowers the team to exceed their own expectations.
AI & Digital Focus: You develop pragmatic AI strategies, new operating models, and digital growth plans. You help clients not only understand technology but use it profitably.
Business Development: You think entrepreneurially, support the partners in acquisition efforts, and build long-term relationships at the C-level.

Qualifications

What you bring:

Experience: At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or in a strategy-focused role, ideally with a focus on digital transformation, organizational development, or marketing.
Leadership Skills: You have already led teams and enjoy developing young talent in a high-performance environment.
Analytical Strength & Execution: You quickly grasp complex issues, possess strong analytical skills, and have a strong affinity for the latest technologies—combined with creative thinking.
Technical Expertise: You have solid knowledge of digital trends and AI applications and know how to translate them into business cases.
Thought Leadership: You enjoy sharing your knowledge. As a thought leader, you represent Nunatak externally in one of our core topics and inspire clients with fresh perspectives.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills (in both German and English) and the ability to build strong relationships up to the C-level are essential for us.
