Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
Acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships, particularly with DAX corporations, SMEs, scale-ups, and hidden champions, with a focus on digital transformation and AI-driven business models.
Development of new offerings and services in the areas of Digital Strategy, Data & AI, M&A, and Target Screening.
Strategic Consulting & Thought Leadership
Design of digitalization strategies, IT strategies, and data-driven business models.
Development of transformation roadmaps for digital products, processes, and business models.
Positioning Nunatak as a thought leader in the fields of digitalization, AI, and digital growth strategies.
Project Leadership & Quality Assurance
Overall responsibility for large, complex digitalization and AI projects, from conception through to agile implementation.
Ensuring the highest quality of consulting and delivering sustainable results.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Building, leading, and developing high-performing teams consisting of Consultants, Project Managers, and Principals.
Fostering talent, coaching, and further developing the Digital Strategy & Growth practice.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
Translating technical solutions into measurable business value.
Direct collaboration with C-level decision-makers to turn digital strategies into corporate reality.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial & Professional Experience: Several years (typically >10 years) of experience in top-tier management consulting or a comparable strategic role, including several years of leadership responsibility.
Expertise: Deep understanding of digital technologies, business models, and their impact on industries and services.
Network & Industry Knowledge: Established network in one or more of our core industries (such as Media, Finance, or Insurance), with a focus on digitalization, AI, and IT, as well as a proven track record in client acquisition.
Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, C-level negotiation skills, agile proficiency, leadership experience, and a strong passion for data-driven business models, digital innovation, and modern technologies.
Education: Outstanding university degree (MBA or Ph.D. preferred).
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
