Job Description
As Managing Director Switzerland, you take full entrepreneurial responsibility for the expansion and further development of our Nunatak location in Zurich. Together with us, you establish Nunatak in Switzerland and are the driving force behind shaping growth, building new client relationships, and forming a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Responsibility: You develop the location’s strategy and take full responsibility for sustainable business success in Switzerland.
- Business Development: You acquire new projects and clients, particularly in the financial services sector, and actively drive the company’s market positioning.
- Network & Partnerships: You leverage and expand your existing network within the Swiss economy, with a focus on financial services, media, and adjacent industries.
- Company Culture: You shape a culture that fosters innovation, team spirit, and continuous learning—combining a start-up mindset with the quality of a top-tier consultancy.
- Team Development: You build a high-performing, multidisciplinary team with strong local market expertise and an international mindset.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial Experience: Several years of experience in consulting or the digital industry, with a strong background in sales and business development.
- Industry Expertise & Network: Deeply rooted in the Swiss economy, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strategic Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, identify opportunities, and have the courage to break new ground.
- Inspiring Leader: You know how to motivate people, share responsibility, and lead teams to deliver sustainable performance.
- Digital Enthusiast: Passion for data-driven business models, digital innovation, and modern technologies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German.
- Education: An outstanding university degree.
